Here are the answers to some of our most Frequently Asked Questions.  If you don’t see your answer here, please feel free to email or give us a call!

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy??

Peachy Baby’s offers a return for a full refund within 10 days of Delivery of your product.  If greater than ten days have passed since delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

How do I exchange my product for another item??

Please email us at peachybabystore@gmail.com and include your name, order number, reason for the exchange, and a copy of the packing slip if available.  We will contact you to complete the process.


We do not offer exchanges on Out-of-Stock items.  If the item is Out-of-Stock, then we will refund your initial order once we receive the item back in the store.


Please allow up to 7 business days from our receiving the returned package for your exchange to be shipped to you.

How do I get a refund for my product??

Please email us at peachybabystore@gmail.com and include your name, order number, reason for the return, and a copy of the packing slip if available.  We will contact you to complete the process.

Can I return my product if it is damaged??

In order for a refund to be issued, all products must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and be in original packaging or resalable condition.  Products must have no animal hair, excessive wrinkling, laundering smells, etc.

Can I return Seasonal Items, Items that were on Sale, or Gift Cards??

Peachy Baby does not offer returns or refunds on Gift Cards or Items on Sale.  Purchases made for Items on Sale are final.


Seasonal Items cannot be returned after the Holiday associated the items (i.e. a Christmas Blouse cannot be returned after December 25th).

Who pays for shipping for my return??

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of the item.  Additionally, shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.

How long will it take for me to get my refund??

If your refund is approved, it could take up to 7 business days to process, and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.  You will be notified via email once the refund process has begin.  After processing is completed, it could take a further 3-5 business days for your financial institution to receive the funds.

How long does it take for my package to be shipped??

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping??

Peachy Baby currently only offers two shipping options:  $7 Flat Rate shipping for all orders $99 and below, and Free Shipping for all orders $100 and above.

What is your shipping policy for furniture??

Our standard shipping policy does not apply to furniture.  All Furniture orders are custom orders and therefore we ask that you contact us directly for a custom quote on these purchases.

What are your store hours??

Peachy Baby is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time.


We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
